To schedule all appointments, please call our office at 443-4455. We reserve the right to charge $25 for each missed or cancelled appointment if you give less than 24 hours notice.

• Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
• Labs and injections are from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Medical Emergency: If you feel you need to see the doctor right away, please call our office. We offer same day appointments, and depending on the urgency will accommodate you immediately. Depending on your medical condition, you may elect to go directly to the nearest emergency room. Please let us know, and we will give your medical information to the Emergency Department.
• 1st appointment with a clinician is at 8:40 a.m., and the last is at 4:40 p.m.
• Weekends and Holidays are for injections only (between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. only)
• New patient appts are 1 hour, and we ask that you arrive 45 minutes early to your appointment.
• If your initial consultation was performed at either Backus or L&M, your appointment length is 40 minutes, and we ask that you arrive 45 minutes early to your appointment
• Standard follow up appointments are 20 minutes, and we ask that you arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Bone Marrow procedure appointments are 40 minutes, and we ask that you arrive 45 minutes early to your appointment.
• Patient Education appointments are 1 hour. This is an education session scheduled for all patients that are starting a new chemotherapy regimen.
• Lab and injections can arrive any time between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (this is only if you do not have a scheduled appointment with a clinician – at which point you need to arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.)
• Chemotherapy appts are scheduled according to the chemotherapy regimen. Follow instructions for your appointment time for the correct time of your appointment.
